Responsibility:
Understand theoperation target and guide line, join the implementation of dedicatedbusiness, and establish and execute personal working plan and KPIs.

Requirements:
1) Minimum 2 years of working experience in purchasing or commerce function, in a multinational company is preferred.
2) Colleague degree or above, good English in written and oral, skilled in the office software.
3) Good overview of many tasks at the same time, good at the time management.
4) Good knowledge in MRO / components will be a plus.
5) Good communication skills, good sense of service, and spirit of teamwork.
主要职责:
· 参与执行公司的业务计划,具体制定并执行个人工作计划和业绩指标。
· 主导客户订单管理,参与维护客户关系。主导完成相关的跟单、物流、交付、退换货、回款、售后等工作,提升客户满意度,对订单交付的及时性和准确性负责。
· 辅助完成采购工作,参与供应商管理。负责管理日常采购订单的管理,参与供应商的收集、评估和选择,维护供应商关系。
· 产品信息管理。参与管理公司产品数据库,参与制定相关产品目录,参与完成产品信息的升级和替代。
· 完成日常工作计划及其他临时委派的任务等。
基本要求:
· 2年以上助理或商务相关经验,熟悉贸易流程,有跨国公司就职经验者优先。
· 熟悉企业间接物料或工业零件,掌握一定的供应商资源者优先。
· 正规大学专科以上学历,具备一定的英文交流和操作一般Office办公软件的能力。
· 为人正直,具备很强的交流沟通能力、自我管理能力和团队精神。
Sourcing Engineer 采购工程师 1 名
Key Responsibilities:
1) Establishes and maintains a deep insight into the MRO or fastener market, including Tools, PPE, Safety equipment, Test equipment, and other industrial categories.
2) Manages supplier database, responsible for develop the supplier capabilities to support the local sales and business development.
3) Conducts supplier evaluation and selection, develops the supplier relations aligned with company strategies and targets.
4) Responsible for supplier performance management, ensures the commodity quality, delivery, and cost objectives and drives continuous improvement in supplier score cards,
5) Supports sales in receiving and reviewing the RFQ (Request for Quote) for quality, specification, delivery target and other requirements.
6) Initiates the RFQ to suppliers, performs the cost analysis and control, supplier assessment and total cost comparison, and document the process files.
7) Responsible for negotiating contract, identifying the issues, minimizing the risk, and exploiting the cost saving opportunities.
8) Responsible to create order/agreement, clarify with supplier and ensure the purchasing activities complied with company policy and process.
9) Works closely with sales, quality, logistics, accounting, and other cross-functions to ensue the high reliability through the whole purchasing and supply chain.
10) Carries out other assignments as required by the business or managers.
Requirements:

主要职责:

· 供应商开发和管理。在业务发展的目标下,完成供应商的收集、分类、评估和选择,维护和发展供应商关系,对供应商的整体绩效(包括供应商的价格、质量表现、及时交付能力、配套服务、持续经营能力等)负责。
· 询价工作。理解内、外部客户的需求,完成对供应商的询盘、比价、风险评估等工作,按照流程确定采购价格、渠道和其他交易条款。
· 实施采购。按照流程创建采购订单并完成相关审批,主导与供应商的日常交流,与销售、质量、物流、财务等跨部门同事合作,协调催料、退换货等事宜,确保采购流程的实施。
· 合同文件管理。负责采购订单、合同及其他采购文件的管理和更新。
· 产品管理。参与制定产品数据库,对公司采购产品进行分类管理,参与制定产品目录,主导寻找产品升级和替代方案。
· 成本及风险管理。控制采购成本,拟定并实施采购降本计划,参与其他降本项目,兼顾采购风险的控制。
· 完成日常工作计划及其他临时委派的任务。
